Today I had a celery juice and a kale/celery juice.
When I don't want to eat a salad, I do this instead to get my leafy greens in my diet!
The minerals you get from "leafy greens" are so important to keep strong healthy teeth and bones.

2 Cups of Water
1-2 Cups of Frozen Strawberries
Most people don't eat the white part of the watermelon or the middle part of the pineapple. With food prices the way they are I try to find yummy ways to consume everything.
My watermelon / pineapple juice is made from scraps!
